Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
 

Only items purchased directly from BRB are eligible for refunds and exchanges. For courses offered through the E-COM STORE ACADEMY, please refer to the specific terms outlined in the course details.

Time Frame:

 Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. We regret that requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.

Condition of Products:

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Courses must not have been accessed beyond the specified refund window.

Return Authorization:

Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us at (312) 498-7135 or hellogift@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Shipping fees for courses are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time:

Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of refunds. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

Exchanges:

 Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items. If you require an exchange, please contact us for further assistance.
